Dialog 34: Transhumanism

I have a friend who is a valiant believer like myself. He's translating the Septugint from a copy of the first, full codex into English, basically for fun. He's very into the ideas of transhumanism and impressed me with his discussions of the work of Greg Egan. I'd like to know what you think about transhumanism within the framework. Does the Bible support this idea? Can we actually do it?
