NTARI (Network Theory Applied Research Institute) - a Kentucky-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to build cooperative infrastructure alternatives that can support humanity's long-term survival and flourishing, particularly as we expand into space.
NTARI's work centers on preventing humanity from repeating colonial fragmentation patterns as we move into space explicitly referencing Frank Herbert's Dune universe as the failure mode to avoid - where humanity fragments into opposed factions across stellar distances. Instead, NTARI is building what we call "species-level immune infrastructure" that can process errors and trauma cooperatively rather than fragmenting into sustained conflict.
The project is built on nearly 20 years of studying Abarim Publications' work, particularly The Household Set framework, which describes self-similar organizational patterns across four levels:
Atom - matter organizing around nuclei
Cell - life organizing around DNA
Mind - consciousness organizing around truth/reality models
United Peoples of Planet Earth - humanity organizing around Truth itself
This framework predicts that just as atoms gave rise to cells, and cells to conscious minds, minds will organize around a common nucleus of Truth to form a planetary-scale cooperative entity. The challenge is creating infrastructure that enables this natural emergence rather than forcing the historical norm of centralized control.
NTARI operates through:
12 Slack channels coordinating volunteer research & development
Cooperative technology platforms (like COER) as alternatives to corporate monopolies
Municipal counter-automation strategies - a five step process 1. Cleanroom development with Janus Facing Architecture renovations, 2. AGPL-3 licensing, 3. Mesh network deployment, 4. English +5 documentation, 5. Broadcast Preservation Strategy
Distributed observation methodology - gathering maximum observational diversity to distinguish genuine emergent patterns from projected impositions
Our approach is "Maximum Observational Diversity → Minimum Sustainable Projection" - creating systems where truth-aligned behavior becomes thermodynamically favorable. Rather than fighting centralized power directly, we're building distributed infrastructure using AGPL-3 licensing, mesh networking, and networks that naturally favor decentralized, cooperative organization.
The work recognizes that imperial/centralized patterns emerge through predictable "gravitational collapse" from distributed (stellar) to centralized (solar) systems. Aboriginal organizational principles - direct interface with Truth, cooperative rather than competitive dynamics, distributed observation - represent universal human patterns that can be restored using modern infrastructure.
