Information collected pursuant to this form shall be held confidential and will not be disclosed to any party outside of the Network Theory Applied Research Institute, its affiliates, partners, or clients with whom volunteers may be engaged in collaboration. All such disclosures shall be made solely in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
