We came across the DPGA about a year ago while looking for an open-source project that compares to NTARI. This United Nations backed initiative establishes standards for the production and distribution of open-source software as a public good.
The Digital Public Goods Alliance is a multi-stakeholder initiative that accelerates the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals by facilitating the discovery, development, use of, and investment in digital public goods

Datasets are also a part of DPGA. There are currently 191 goods in store, one of which NTARI will soon be testing with its board of directors, a local commuity and private school. See our article here.
