Understanding the principles of connection help NTARI build social and economic ties within and between organizations and individuals. The NTARI Internship Program offers participants the opportunity to explore network dynamics, develop practical applications within their fields of expertise, and contribute to the growing body of knowledge on network theory.

Internships consist of a three month course covering:

1. Introduction to Network Theory:

   • Muerte y Cafe, A Narrative History of Network Theory Pioneers

   • Albert-László Barabási's Emergence of Scaling in Random Networks 

   • 数学, the Mathematics of Network Theory 

2. Choose your pathway and produce a multimedia report on:​

   • the Collective Intelligence Project​

   • the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence

   • How (the) Mind Works

   • The Network State

3. Final project

   • Describe if/how network theory applies to your field in multimedia
