Grace Lynne, Jodson Graves

Grace and Jodson met at the Marine detachment aboard Fort George G. Meade, Maryland attending the Defense Information School. They would both go on to serve with 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing's communication strategy and operations teams out of Cherry Point, North Carolina. They married in New Bern, NC in 2016 and today raise three children in New Jersey.

After their first enlistments, they left the Corps for Louisville, Kentucky where they worked, studied and experimented in life and business during the COVID-19 pandemic and outbreaks of racial unrest. They founded the Institute in 2023, in hopes of creating something their children could someday mutually enjoy with every other.

Today Jodson leads NTARI and provides community consultancy services while Grace works in Presbyterian ministry and serves on the board of NTARI. 

Calvin Secrest

Calvin Secrest is a skilled cloud engineer and AI specialist with experience across major cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. He specializes in CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, and AI-driven solutions.

Calvin has a proven track record of success in developing data pipelines and automating cloud systems through his roles at Galen College of Nursing and Papa John's. He holds an Associate's degree in Information Security from Jefferson Community and Technical College and a Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification, demonstrating his commitment to and expertise in deploying AI solutions.
