We are looking for volunteers in project management, code writing, development support (Slack, Jira, Confluence troubleshooting) and long-term project stewardship (CI/CD). Resources provided by NTARI include Google Workspace issued email, enterprise access to Gemini and NotebookLM, Confluence, Jira, Slack Pro and free subscriptions for most volunteers with 40% discounts for everyone else on standard and 5x Max Claude subscriptions from Anthropic. 


We have an ambitious first year ahead of us with nine projects and 68 volunteers. 

  1. A community agriculture marketplace connecting local farmers, gardeners, processors, and consumers to strengthen regional food systems and local economies. 

  2.  A distributed community computing platform designed to reduce dependence on cloud data centers and allow communities to generate local economic value through shared compute power. 

  3. A next-generation reputation and trust framework inspired by MIT Professor Nancy Leveson's work on system safety. LBTAS focuses on evaluating the safety and reliability of interactions rather than relying on…
