What is CI/CD?
CICD is Collective Intelligence Community Development, a development philosophy developed by NTARI to integrate internet communications at the local level
How Do I Apply CI In My Community
CICD is available through NTARI consultants, or the NTARI Backend, where users get an ad-free social media experience tailored to CICD objectives
CICD Consulting Process
Our process is based on the OODA Loop developed by U.S. Air Force Colonel John Boyd. The process allows users to employ the scientific method at a cyclic rate and quickly adjust to new data without getting lost in process.

The OODA Loops is flexible enough to fit in any budget. Schedule a consultation today by clicking the image below.
1
Observe
Employ sensory network to gather data
2
Orient
Process and observe your dataset in order to align your values with impending action
3
Decide
Brainstorm ideas to achieve your goals, make final decision on plan
4
Act
Employ executives to achieve your plan.
In following cycles, observations gather feedback alongside new data. NTARI consultants advise your community using Network Theory and lead the execution of your plan on and off-site for as many cycles as you require
NTARI Consulting is perfect for communities looking to adopt CICD-based solutions. When subscribing to NTARI consulting, we research and develop your community's collective intelligence on a weekly basis. Each week begins with a meeting hosted by your consultant asking questions and planning out the week. During the week, your consultant will lead research and development efforts for your collective intelligence network. Whether its interpersonal networking or installing hardline wire on behalf of the community, we get it done.

Your weekly investment is partitioned three ways. 3% is donated directly to the Institute's budget. The remaining 97% pays your consultant and facilitates research expenses. A full 20% of your consulting deposit goes back into your project
